Looking for Post Fix info on 2012 2.0

Hello, I've got a 6-speed 2012 JSW TDi and have been going back and forth on whether to opt for buy back or fix. The reviews on the fix that I've seen are mostly positive, but they only seem to be 2015 vehicles. Does anyone have a 2012 2.0 (Gen 1 I believe) that has been "fixed"? I'd really appreciate some feedback on changes post-fix. Thanks in advance.

I had my 2012 Jetta TDI fixed and other than losing on average 1 to 2 MPGs, I can't tell a difference from pre-fix.
