Just got my Tapatalk app installed!
I am starting on my new project! I have 2000 XJ with a blown 2.5 and a AX5 Manual transmission. It has 70k miles and is pretty clean. I don’t need the engine so this was a perfect fit!
I was able to find a whole donor car for the TDI motor. It’s a 2004 Jetta and as you can see it was wrecked in the front. I hope I can pull everything I need off before I send it to scrap!
Engine coming out!
Pulled out the ECU and full engine harness. I also got the pedal assembly and about 18” of the chassis harness.
Anything I have missed? Anyone else have one? Tips? Tricks?
