What bulb is used in the fog light on the 2015 Golfs?

The dealer can't even tell me what bulb is used in there. Thanks.

I believe it's an h11, I replaced mine but can't recall
Just pop off the housing cover and remove the holder
Takes literally 30 seconds

The dealer can't tell you, because ETKA only gives a VAG part number, and that is what they would use. Which is N-101-300-01. If you google that number, you'll find out what the SAE bulb designation number is.

I found out it is H11. Are you talking about the housing cover in the front or rear? Thanks!

There's a plastic cover in the front wheel well that goes over the bulb housing

Are you guys blowing fog bulbs already, or just upgrading? I sure hope they aren't that flaky!

Just upgrading. I bought some LEDs to match the HID headlights.

Here is the difference. Matches the stock HIDs nicely.

I bought the bulbs from www.gethidlights.com He also has an LED kit that will put out 3200 lumens.

Did you use H11 or H7?

I see H7 on the Sylvania bulb site.

I used H11. I think the H7 is similar and just has a different way of securing them. I'm just guessing.

What is great about our kit is you can turn it 360 degrees, this means you can point it in the best spot in your reflector housing, sometimes it is up/down other times it is side/by side depending on the VW housing.

I got H11 LED's off of Fleabay with resistors to not throw errors. I love the deAutoKey products, but my Fleabay purchase was $18 shipped... I realize this is an old post, but can you tell me specifically which bulbs you bought? They really match your headlights pretty well. Did you go with LED's or what?
