No sir, I include a hose barb. We have been using this method for years at the shop. No problems.

OK, just curious, that's all. I've been looking for a stateside source for the BHW's non-cooled EGR heater hose and had not yet found one. I didn't think you did, since you lumped the BEW and BHW together, and they would obviously need a different hose.

I was able to get one for the ALH without any problem, but I think that hose is used on some of the gas engines here. BHW is a bit more tricky.

Can one still pass emissions with the race pipe? I'm not familiar what it does differently vs the EGR delete kit alone.

That I am not sure of, I have not had the pleasure of living in a state that has had emissions tests.

Removal of emission components is against Federal law, not state.

Sure, as long as you've got a tune and the readiness monitors are set to 'ready'

I just had my '05 BEW pass, it's got zero emissions equipment on it (Although I only use it 'off-road')

It's a fix for the broken plastic on the trunk release.

Please excuse my ignorance. Can I completely remove the bew egr cooler and EVERYTHING associated with it when using your kit?
Is the barb fitting hardware store quality or better? I hardware store will it hold up to the high temps for years to come?
