2015 A3 TDI/manual transmission. Everything works 100% as it should, including RVC, gear change indicator, hill hold, etc... Only took 4 months to figure everything out. :screwy:



Also fully tuned/deleted and broke 60mpg on my 35 mile commute home last night.

The smiles per gallon are immeasurable at this point. I fought so hard on this one, over dumb things, I'll probably never recount the entire process. But, I've owned every TDI VAG has ever brought into this country, and built several that they didn't. But this. This is by far my absolute favorite. I had another 8V TDI that I turned in for dieselgate. I knew I had to have another, and I knew I had to equip it properly. Words can't explain how happy I am I finally got it all to work.

BTW - Corrado is long gone unfortunately, I should probably update that. Current stable is this jewel, '14 Porsche Cayenne Diesel, 13 Touareg TDI exec, 15 Golf TDI, and 2 mk4 TDI's (1 VE, 1 PD) as far as compression ignition vehicles are concerned.

Now upgrade to the AID and virtual cockpit, why stop with just three pedals?

Or. I'm about to trade my 36 mile commute for a .4 mile commute, so I'm toying with the idea of selling this, buying an 8VS3, and doing this same swap again.

That's pretty much exactly what I've done. Still toying with the idea of selling, but I'm also toying with a CR190. It just kills me to see it sit 6 days a week. I've put about 5K miles on the swap now with moving and everything, and it is just silly nice.
