Bought mine back in May, as a CPO, with Phase I applied, from a VW dealer.
Have just registered on the claims site, out of curiosity mostly, and it sez I am eligible for about $2500 for "I am interested in the Emissions Modification option, if approved." .
It didnt offer BUYBACK as available option - which is a good sign.
System is also aware of PhaseI having been applied already.
Anyway, community is split on whether us, buyers of Phase I-applied CPOs from VW, are eligible for the PhaseII money. But, it takes about a minute to register, it does go through at least to the "review" step and if there's money in '18, wont hear me complain !
