Will Mk7 Golf wheels fit a Mk4 Golf?

Have to replace the badily rusted 15-inch steel wheels on our 2003 Golf TDI and thinking if the 2015 Mk7 VW Golf 16-inch alloys on our new Golf will fit, we'll go this way and put new alloys and better tires on the Mk7. Anybody know for sure if the 16-inch 2015 Golf wheels will fit a 2003 Golf without issues?

Tirerack and VW don't know for sure and too much snow on the ground to do a test fitment.

Mk4 is 5x100
Mk7 is 5x112 same as mk5 and 6

Oops! here I was thinking about offset, back space, etc. and never gave any thought to wheel bolt pattern. DUH! Thanks JASONP for the quick answer. And jayb79, those are really nice adapapters and I've made a note about these. But I'll probably just buy new alloy wheels for the 2003 TDI. Thank you both.
