Does anyone know a good Tuner and / or dealer in Germany?

There's a webshop (dieselschrauber.de) that lists some tunes and hardware. But the owner of this shop is really a bad guy. I've tried to buy something from him several times but he writes back very unkind e-mails and tells you that this part is not available at the moment... He also runs a forum where TDI topics are discussed but as soon as you ask something that is a bit more specific (e.g. turbo specs) the thread wil be deleted (not only closed!). Last week I sent a PN to a member of this forum and told the other guy that I had bought my hardware from Kerma. Some hours later my user account (active for over one year) was completely deleted!! And all my threads don't exist anymore either...

So where are the good Tuners in my country?

I really needs to be a german dealer?
Not necessarily. But he should be located not too far away, be a TDI specialist (the two a.m. mentioned companies are focussed on TDIs?!), and should be willing to talk friendly to his customers or customers to be (unlike R.K. from dieselschrauber.de does...).
