Who is a good Tuner / Dealer in Germany? (NOT dieselschrauber.de !!!!)

There's a webshop (dieselschrauber.de) that lists some tunes and hardware. But the owner of this shop is really a bad guy. I've tried to buy something from him several times but he writes back very unkind e-mails and tells you that this part is not available at the moment... He also runs a forum where TDI topics are discussed but as soon as you ask something that is a bit more specific (e.g. turbo specs) the thread wil be deleted (not only closed!).
