vtn15 from vacuum to boost

hi at all
i m new of here and i m happy to be in this interesting group.
i have a vw t3 syncro with afn 81 kw engine to fix in a meccanical way, i already have a ve pomp from daily with big shaft now i would to change my vtn15 turbo from vacuum into boost, someone have any easy suggestions?
