G'Day, list.

I have a 98 Jetta A3 TDI which has an ABS light displayed. Took it into the dealer and they diagnosed a front left wheel sensor failure. I have since replaced the wheel sensor and was trying to find out how to reset the ABS light.

I just had a VAG-COM on it last night and wasn't able to find a reset in the menu for the ABS.

Anyone know how and where to reset the ABS light?

Thanks in advance for your help.

this just happened to me...the abs light came on and vag-com review shows a code for the right read sensor. The light went off before I cleared the code, though, so not sure why...intermittent? Need to find a new sensor I guess

In other cars, merely pulling the fuse will reset the ABS sensor. Worth a shot, but not sure it is applicable to VW.

uh....I'm sure it was the "abs" button, but did I go to "engine" first? (scratches head)...I've slept since then, sorry...you can do an autoscan, too, if you can't seem to gind the faults area

just hit select control module, then go common tab and hit abs brakes, then go to fault codes and say clear.
