Pacific northwest dealer

I need to get my ECU flashed for the most current Glow plug software. I was getting glow plug codes and hard starts, pulled out 5v Bosch plugs put in the 7v NGK. It starts better but not much, so I know I don't have the most recent ECU software. The local dealer is giving me the run around so I need options in the greater Puget Sound area. Im out in Port Angeles but I would drive a few hours to not have to deal with a craptastic service department.
