2006 TDI Jetta Broken TX

I am looking to get out of my one and only VW.
Dealer says it has bent valve springs and requires cylinder head replacement,
quoted $4300. The car has ~180,000 miles it is an automatic DSG transmission. The car is located in North Texas it is champagne in color, I will post pictures if anyone is interested. I will consider the best reasonable offer I receive.

How do you bend a valve spring? Doesn't a spring compress? Maybe you have bent valves.

Anyway, I would take it to a local guru and have a used head put on.

Upload them to photobucket and copy the image url to the right of the photo. paste that between the image tags when you add a photo in your post. Easy peasy!
