Need advice on buying a car

Hi all from new member. I want to buy a car via https://incacar.com/used/cars/volkswagen/golf-r32/2015-Volkswagen-Golf-R-689470/ but I´m a bit worried about that, just if they are reliable. Is there someone who knows them, or bought a car from them? What do you think about that? Thanks for answers.

The site says it's VROOM/Texas Direct Auto. Is that correct? If so, they are a nightmare to deal with. YMMV, but it took them over a year to get me a title.

They resold me a Jeep that they bought at auction without a title. I had to keep after them as the temporary registration expired. I had constant run arounds from them. Communication with them was great until I took delivery of the vehicle; then it was like I had fallen off the face of the earth. I was about to sue them when they finally resolved the titling issue with Texas DMV (I live in VA).

I would stay away.
