quick question on BEW golf

Hi
I just got a used 2004 golf tdi and it is missing a battery cover
the battery is just exposed sitting on the battery tray
is this the only part I need to cover it back up?

Are the bklack plastic sides around the battery (it is in what looks like a plastic box)?
