I've noticed that since we have owned our BMW that the front paint on the spoiler/facia is quite fragile. We've now got a few stone chips, and, unfortunately I managed (very stupidly) to scrape the bottom of one of the corners on a supermarket parking lot divider yesterday :(. I'm accumulating a whole lot of paint touch-ups but note that the paint seems to give way really easily on this vehicle. Anyone else have the same issues - and any thoughts on how to repair and protect the front end? :confused:It's so beautiful - I just cringe every time there's fresh damage. The 401 Highway in SWO and urban life are not kind!!

Any thoughts??

Ditto. I've found that paint durability in general isn't as good as it was 15-20 years ago. I now have clear bras installed on new cars immediately. I had it put on my GSW at 400 miles and it already had a stone chip on the leading edge of the hood.
