For the U.S. it appears to be TSB 91-15-07. This updates software version from P3470 to P4430. This is for the Fender system.

Appt was 3 weeks ago. ETA was 1 week-ish. Called this AM, new ETA for parts was today. No parts listed as received yet. They were going to check a bit and call back. I did ask if our jumbly screen which has now switched to blank would be the same fix. They said yes.. We'll see..

Called them again... New ETA is Sept 22nd. I won't hold my breath.

I picked up one of the TDI Golf sport Wagons in April 2017 when they went back on sale. It sat on a lot for 18 Months. My display has the exact same corrupt video failure as the fist post. Dealer has had the car overnight waiting for parts. It now has 8900 Miles. Hopefully I get it back today.
