What MK6 jetta parts are easy to swap into a MK5

I'm finally heading to turn in my '14 jetta back to the dealer in a few weeks and my replacement car is a '06 jetta that just got a top end rebuild with a Frank06 cam.

I've heard that the seats can be swapped over easily but the rear seat latch locations are different. Is that something that can be converted?

The goal isn't to turn in a stripped car but to take the nicer things off of the newer car and turn it in with the older stuff bolted back in.

They want the car all in tack with original equipment. The seats will not fit. The 06 MKV and the 14 MKVI platform.

swap the engine, they may not even notice until they try to update parts/software or whatever the hell they do to make it EPA compliant.
