Just wondering what average labor alone and labor/parts prices are across the country for changing B5.5 timing belt.
Also curious what the cost would be to keep going and delete BSM/oil pump and
add the ALH/BRM oil pump/sprocket combo? Thanks in advance.

Labor differs greatly per geographic areas, but much more between dealership to guru.
The labor going rate here in SW Michigan for my BRM is $300 from a guru. No idea from dealership

Labor around here would be about $400, but I don't have the best place to take my car as of yet. $300 sounds more like it.
