How can I tell what the Former Owner did?

I've had my 2013 Passat SE for 3 months now. Everytime I turn around I see something that's been changed.
So Far:
Drilled and Slotted rotors all the way around.
Aftermarket airbox. Seems like bottom is still oem, but top is aluminium and has aftermarket filter.
Cat-Back exhaust.
How would I find out if this car has had any tuning done?

You don't have to venture under the car............it is between the engine and the firewall. You can see it with the hood open.

sounds like a good previous owner, as long as it doesn't have a K&N filter ;)

Why in the world would somebody purchase a high fuel economy family car and do performance mods?

Reminds me of the time I was in an auto parts store and some idiot came in wanting to know how to make his Geo Metro fast. Umm, jack up the fuel cap and put a Corvette under it and then replace the fuel cap?

Because after my Malone stage 2 tune, it's a pretty fun car to drive. And if I ease off, I can still go 65mph and get 52-54mpg all day long.

I average 48.6 with stage 3.5. if I go easy on it, I can get 55+ on a tank with 75% highway.

I'm not opposed to a tune. I just want to know where my car is.

It does appear that the first half of the exhaust is as it was from the factory.

I good a good read on the previous owner of an older car when i found a large stash of single serving hustler lube packs under the seat.

Ill take performance mods any day over having to steam clean the interior
