Default 09 CR engine manual into 06 Jetta PD auto

Have everything installed have issues with ECM not communicating with VCDS. Have Bentley and Mitchell Prodemand printouts. Am I adapting the ECM to ECM or reverse? Using 09 ECU with immo delete. Help Please!

Got all the wires swapped from 06 to 09 positions, still no power to ECM. #100 relay energizes for a second then off. Can turn engine over with key but no power to start?

Got the wires swapped around, engine trys to start but shuts down. I have a IMMO deleted ECU in the car(was on 09 engine) Friend told me it could be acc. pedal. So called dealer got part# for pedal, but I see it is used on gas cars as well. So is it for manual only? the car was a DSG part#1K1723503L. Any ideas?

I know Matt. Bad wire connector in T94 plug. Still chasing the wire rabbit. Now brake lite on all the time, fuel pump relay no signal. And turbo actuator is acting on its own

Turbo not boosting, looks like actuator is pushing vanes closed. Brake light on all the time.
