2006 Jetta BRM very low MPG after cam replaced

well. I got it setup at 120 charge difference. Vcds still indicates lower than requested boost number for most of time.
anyway. I finished a 300 miles trip. With 3 people and ac on for most of the time , I got 44 mpg (100% highway). Not bad. However, city mpg is still on the low side about 30mpg. Not sure if there's anything I can do to improve it?

So you're putting the zip tie around the turbo actuator rod to "pull" it up a bit? Not fully open right?
