Good morning folks,

I am new to this forum. Couple months ago I bought a new 2014 Jetta TDI 2.0 Turbo. So far I am very pleased with the ride and especially with the fuel economy. I drive up to 555 miles (city-highway combined) with a full tank. I have a few questions though;
1- Does the 2014 Model need Annual Urea injection?
2- How has your experience been with this car?
3- Any specific issues you have experienced so far?

Thank you very much,

There are just too many to list....
It does not have SCR, so no DEF (urea).

Problems on the CR cars I have seen:

turbochargers

DPFs

exhaust pressure sensors

oxygen sensors

exhaust throttle flaps

HPFPs

intake manifolds

However, by 2014 there have been improvements in these items, so only time will tell if they are better than the 2009-2013 models. 2014 is the last year for the CJAA engine in the Jetta.

Thank you for your response. By the way, what does CJAA mean?
