What's all this gunk under my hood?

I went to check coolant level since it seems I have a good puddle of water under the car a lot. More than normal I think after running A/C. Coolant level looks OK I think? And what's all this other gunk? Car has 14K miles. Just got it CPO.

I saw the pictures earlier, looked like a little split oil from an oil filter change.

He specifically said "...puddle of water...". If it is indeed oil, he might have a leaking filter canister.

No, the small puddle of water was under the car. That's probably just the a/c, humidity. No picture of that.

The rest of this stuff I guess is spilled oil. Anyone recommend the best thing to remove this?

I got most of the gunk off using a power towel. Couldn't reach all of it but got the majority. Thanks
