First of all, thanks for a great forum. I've been reading for a while but now got an account to I could as questions.
I am converting a car to 1.9 TDI AFN, so far all fine. But at the same time, I want to mate this engine to a DSG6 gearbox. Does anyone have any experience from this? Will it mate? Will it require a lot of software? Can it be done?
Sure, plenty of questions. But everything that will get me closer to a running car will be great.
As far as I understand myself I believe a DSG6 will fit. If I add both flywheel, gearbox and starter at the same time. Anyone with another opinion? The other part I fell a little anxious about is the ABS sensors and the DSG, I dont really know if they communicate or not and how much effort that is needed to mate them.
