Can you change the dash to the metric system (temp and kilo /per hundred) like on the 2006?
Do you know of a write-up somewhere? I can't seem to figure out how to do that. When I code the cluster for any country besides the US I still get imperial units. When I try to change it unit-by-unit in the adaptation it acts like it works but when the value is re-read it's still imperial.Yes..
I think you made a mistake in your link. There is no PDF in the first post.I don't know for which model of car you are asking this, but this is for a MKV

OP: What MY car do you have? It will make it easier to reply. Thanks in advance.
Do you have the full instrument cluster with the MFD? If so, go in to the "units" and make the change that you want.
Otherwise find another dealer that has a clue.
You should be able to do it with VCDS.no full MDF.. you think? you know it can be done?
So everyone keeps saying, but every time I try to change it the change doesn't take. You should be able to do it with VCDS.

I was thinking, since you're in Germany can't they get you a German cluster? Would that solve your problem?AND that's the second dealer that said it is NOT possible......
