Oil leak in turbo and air intake

Is it bad if there is some oil in turbo and hose just after MAF?

No, those items are not worrisome- the oil in the intake piping is completely normal, and comes from crankcase vapors. The oil on the back of the engine looks to be coming from a leaking valve cover gasket.

Good news. and what about valve cover gasket , how to fix it?

Just replace the valve cover gasket, the 3 grommets that go under it and above it, and it should stop the bleeding.
