2005 vw bora 90bhp alh

How's it going I have a few questions if you can help me, just bought a 2005 90bhp alh bora and wanting to know what parts from 110bhp/115bhp/130bhp/150bhp engines would fit it to make it quicker before a remap, like injectors, turbo, maf sensor, inlet, intercooler. It's my first 90bhp and don't have a clue how to make more power out off it, I know with 130bhp you can put .216 nozzles on the injectors and front mount but haven't a clue about the 90bhp alh engine,

I was thinking that a 115bhp turbo would fit, a 3 bar map sensor and .216 nozzles for the injectors would be enough with a good remap would I be right in thinking that they would just bolt on and should get the car to 140/150
