Recommend a private VW TDI mechanic in Spokane WA

Hi. I'm looking for a mechanic in the Spokane WA area who lives and breathes VW diesels. I have a '98 Jetta TDI that is converted to run on straight vegetable oil (Both single tank Elsbett & 2-tank GreaseCar kits), so looking for someone who wouldn't be deterred by a conversion. Also just need a mechanic skilled in general VW maintenance issues.
If you have a favored Spokane area VW mechanic, please shout out!

Going to be tough to find anyone who is good with these cars that would be willing to work on one running veggie oil. If you look around you'll find that all the top-guns here strongly discourage running veggie oil (it has a tendency to really mess up injectors).

Yes, some of them won't even take one of these in. These become DIY cars pretty much once converted.
