Smoke out of oil fill

Hello,
Car started to stumble then large amount of smoke coming out of oil fill and crank case vent tube. Engine running very ruff. No engine codes.

Could it be a possible blown turbo?

Vgt turbo ? It could also be the actuators stuck.

Sorry but what is "VGT turbo"?

Probably not turbo related. Probably cam shaft related. I would pull the valve cover off and see if you have a lifter with a hole in it.
