Now that I am driving a 2002 Golf TDI I am wondering which way I should go.
I have always historically bought the Bentley Manual such as the VG02. But now I see
there is something called the "Official Factory Service Manual CD" VEA4, and it claims to have
lots more info,

So is the CD worth the extra $40? Of course the other thing is I like just hanging out and reading the
Bentley manual for my car.....I am a dinosaur living in the electronic age...

Is the CD also sold by Robert Bentley, or is it only available from the dealer? I know what you mean about curling up on the couch with a good shop manual!

I have the bently CD(Y2K NB) and it SUCKS. Get the paper version. The CD has all the info but the search feature is really bad. Paper is the way to go and it cost less.

I got the CD version through Ross Tech for $70 since I'm a registered VAG-COM user.
