I know there is a few of you in here, do we ever G2G? I wouldn't mind getting to know a few. Tired of trying to talk TDi with my Toyota, chevy...ect friends. haha They just don't get it.

I'm up in the Puget Sound area, but do head to or through Portland occasionally, and often to the Cascade German hosted event each year in Gresham.

This used to be a pretty active group up here in the northwest. It's quieted down a lot over the past few years though.

I just picked up a 2015 Sportwagen and my enthusiasm is renewed.
The GTGs back in the day were quite epic.
I do miss them...

Retiring the first part of next year and health is better. Will look into having another GTG in Lk Stevens this spring or summer. Been too long since the last one.

Keli, enjoy the wagon. I'm enjoying my 4motion but miss the TDI.

So glad to hear things are improving for you!
Let me know in advance so I can put in for vacation.
I have weekends off now but work graveyard M-F to get them. So I get off work Saturdays at 5:30am. And I do need a little sleep.
I've had the wagon for only 5 days and simultaneously love it and am scared of it.
So much technology....
But I can't deny my tdi addiction.😵😁

Sounds like a great plan for next year then.

Keli, the new cars do have technology that you need to get used to. It is nice to have though. Not so much for the auto start-stop feature IMO.
