OBD2 Port has no power

Hi all...I have searched and read posts..but i still dont have a clear answer too where the fuses are and how to fix an OBD no power issue... I used a cheap Bluetooth adapter and think it blew something...If anyone has a link too a good post..or website..i would appreciate it....thanks in advance.. Ken... 2011 Jetta TDI...

Sorry all...I was mistaken...The OBD has power..but wont communicate...my bad...any help would be appreciated..

Factory radio or aftermarket?

Its an aftermarket..but it worked with that radio for months before it stopped...

After reading more...Is it possible its the 109 Relay??

Have you tried the dongle in another car?

This would help narrow down if this is a port issue or a dongle failure.

If it was working fine and then just quit the dongle would probably be the first suspect, particularly if it's an eBay special.

my vag com doesnt work either..but will try my other car....

My OBD port had issues when I first got the car (new).

After some warranty work to troubleshoot the rear camera the dealership noticed that it was an issue and rewired the port.

I'd see if that port is pinned well and solidly.
