it's good to see how far the HP pump stretches out in ASB engine. It should be CP1H type pump.

I'm following this with interest as it's my injectors which was my stumbling point as couldn't find anyone able to offer an upgrade on my asb with hybrid bv50

You still have 80hp left with yours. 450hp should be closer to max with these stock injectors.

I Can't find anyone running more than 360-380 on stock injectors, that's including some running additional inline pump

Your ASB is running out of the pump and not injectors. Downgrading to older CP3 pump found on BMK egines will give you bit more flow. Still with stock fuel lines and lift pump.

You are running out of turbo tough.
But you also said:

So is it just the pump or also nozzles?

How much do you want. 430hp on stock nozzles is already done. With more air there would have been even more. The stock nozzles are within few precent of what BMW E60 535D nozzles are.

I'd like some of that but have no idea how to get there.
No one around here thinks it's possible. They all say my injectors are maxed out with no options.Turbo still good for it though.

There are some limiters to be found then ;-) took me a while to get this far. And its still not 100% done. Next mods are better lift pump and finding out what is restricting the airflow.

I do believe you are on the brink of what your turbo can deliver. Have you measured how high the EMP gets? What size turbine you have in your turbo?

Can't remember how high emp get, was mapped 18 months ago and I've lost all paperwork ?
Turbo Wheel wise i remember it was 2283 with ett, machined housing to accommodate and machined open intake

Yep. There aren't any turbine upgrades available other than clipping the wheel. Garretts are so much better starting point because of that.
