Anyone in PDX with VAGCOM

Is anyone here in PDX with a VAGCOM that has done the auto wipers enable?

If so what would it take to have it done on my car? 6 Pack or tacos? :D

Did you ever find anyone? I live in OC and am still debating/procrastinating about getting my own.
