Peter just doesn't want to get on the wrong side of his new neighbors!! The cops do like to "collect" revenue on the back roads. I know I lived in town for a year, but didn't contribute to the revenue collection process!
If you want to check out a chip... Rt111 is 50mph. An interesting 1 mile section of road crosses back and forth thru 3 towns. That's a good place to donate to 3 towns revenue in one quick spool of the turbo!!
Joking aside there are some "better" sections of that road to check things out.

We haven't really met many of our neighbors yet - too cold to go outside! This may be a good time, however...

BTW folks, we were thinking about the parking scheme...

We think if the driveway fills up, that it would be most efficient for everyone to park head or tail-in around the culdesac, rather than parallel to the (imaginary) curb.

Make sense? Of course any work will be done in the garages or driveway...we will make room!
