2001 allroad BHW Swap from 2004 Passat

Starting this swap with a 04 Passat with a blown transmission. Have the engine out and will begin the process of deleting the balance shaft.

Some quick questions that need a little help with:
1) Motor mounts - I am buying new mounts as my allroad currently has Sterns and I don't want to use them. Which seems better going with allroad specific mounts or picking up ones from a Passat?
2) Looking at the DMFW from Luk - I read that an EU starter and 5.5mm space must be used. Is the part numbers for the starter 068911024H? Is the part number for the spacer 01e103551B?

Use the hydraulic mounts from the passat.

Here are the parts you will need if you use a 240mm dual mass.

2x 16x18.8 dowel pins 01E 301 153E
Pilot bearing 056105313C
Longer upper starter bolt
Longer bolt + nut for passenger side lower through block

there was what seem to be a thin metal gasket between the engine and the transmission when I separated them. Is that reused with the 5.5mm spacer?
