Performance and fuel Mileage comparison

Thinking of buying a 2010 Tourag TDI,
Drove it, & it drives very nice. My question is, how does the performance & gas mileage compare on these vehicles before vs after? Thanks for any input.

More importantly is looking at how much maintenance on these costs. There are some threads here about having to remove the whole engine to do some things.

^^That does not apply to the 2010 Touareg 3.0 TDI.

The older V10 TDI models had to have the entire engine lifted for certain procedures.

If it's a 2010 it was probably bought back and has already had the modification. You might get better data over on Club Touareg.
