Merc Heat Exchanger for 3.0 TDI?

Does anyone know if the Merc heat exchanger work with the 3.0 TDI platform? The C7 forum on Audi use it for the 3.0 TFSI.

I just recently changed to Malone stage 2 and seen temp drops compared to post fix (Oil temps stay under 200F instead of always >200F). Wanting more temp drops for the summer.

Supercharger (TFSI's) = Heat Exchanger
Turbocharger (TDI's) = Intercooler

But there is some talk that the C7's setup is a bit different for its Turbo and could use the heat exchanger???? My brain hurts already trying to find a distinct answer.

I plan to upgrade my intercooler this spring as I'm Stage 2 and Deleted (the delete brought the temps down on my turbo significantly already)

Hopefully we can get some more input on this.

Where did you get your deletes from? Im ramped top call the Russian guy from Ebay, custom and fairly cheap

I went with Buzzken. It was a direct fit. The Rawtek needs fabrication as they don't make a specific one for the A6. Not sure how different the setup is on the A7
