Friday evening car drives perfect (havn't had a problem since I got the car)

Saturday morning nothing
I turn the ignition and not a sound
I cheak the battery (all is good)
I disconnect the battery and check continuity (bad, theres a major short circiut somewhere)

I remove fuses one by one and still can't find the cause.

Anyone got any hints?

No thoughts but my sympathy.

My wifes '99 NB TDI started leaking oil out the the front engine seal so we took it to the shop the end of last week. So we were relying on my '98 NB TDI, on the way home Saturday night we got three blocks from my mothers house and it just died. So we towed that one to the dealer also. We are now down to driving my '88 GMC 1.5 ton diesel PU.

Life stinks!

I have to agree with the Relay 109.

Pull the plastic cover off from above the brake/clutch pedals and see if your Relay 109 is loose.

Mine was....
