Air Conditioning issue Golf MK4

i've got a Golf MK4 TDI. For 10 years the airconditioning has been working excellent.
This year absolutely not cold air comes out. Looks like the refrigerant may have leaked out.

When I switch on the a/c I can hear the motor working, the fans rotate at the condenser.
I've read about dried seals. Has anyone got picture or locations of these seals.

Are you sure that's the solution and that's definitely the issue? I'm sure you can find the like you're looking for on ebay if so!

Don't guess the solution. Be methodical about the troubleshooting.
