New golf sportwagen for me

I picked up a "new" 2015 golf sportwagen S tdi today. Hadn't really thought about it, but I checked around once I saw the big rebate. Most dealers near me were charging sticker or more for them and just subtracting the rebate from that. Gotta love dealership greed...
anyway, I found one dealer 550 miles from home that had one priced $1400 below msrp, plus the $5000 rebate. Called to verify it was legit, and showed the ad to my local dealer, who agreed to match the price plus an additional $200 discount.

nicely done! beautiful car. glad to see people are buying them up. The three VW dealer's nearest me (each about 1-1.5 hours away and then one in town) have no more left. I found one but it wasn't discounted and the price was 33K so I had to pass. Maybe if they have it still and have some severe discounts i'd go in on it.

Oops. 50 miles away, not 550.

Kempthorn in canton, Ohio. They still have a golf s with dsg. Under $19k with the discount

Jason, is the warranty for your new wagon the 3/36000 and 5/60000 that my new (in 2013) JSW TDI 6M came with?

i found a 2015 passat tdi manual. i didn't know they made passat's in manual. it's even platinum gray !!!

Yes, it still has the same 3/36000 bumper to bumper and 5/60000 powertrain warranty, with a bunch of emissions related stuff warranted for 11/160000. miles.

Entire exhaust after treatment system, catalytic converter, all sensors and actuators, entire fuel system including fuel pump, fuel rail, injectors, all sensors and actuators, EGR system, including eye cooler, valves, filterand all related hoses, pipes, sensors and actuators, the turbocharger, including damper, and thr OBD system.
