There are just too many to list....
You'll need to remove both.

VERY easy job. I would do that latch, too, while you are in there.

Take your time, put some tape around the door skin's leading lower edge so it doesn't scratch paint anywhere.

Have you done this before? Let me know if I can give you any pointers.

I did it before, only had one wire broken, the window up, but now no speaker, no acknowledgement the door is open, and the gas tank door doesn't work. Several plastic clips on the inside panel broke while prying them apart, I didn't think I could do it with the outer panel only, thanks!

Hate to steal this thread,

I've been trying to find the part number for the driver side door wiring harness.
I was told there were to different versions for my model year.

The car is 2009 VW Jetta TDI and VIN # 3VWRL71K19M069553

I would appreciate any help. Thanks

Thanks for the reply.. My local dealer is not so local.. My dealer where I bought the vehicle is over 2 hrs away and the other dealer is an hour away.
I will try to contact their parts dept.

If you are that far away, try one of the on-line VW parts dealers, like
1stVWParts.com or keffervwparts.com, and have them ship the VIN based
part to you.
