so a run down have a skoda 2013 Octavia on my garden my house was broke into key was stolen want to start the car to move but dont have a key is there any way vcds will temp deactivate the immobiliser to start with the spare key the spare is purely a cut key no chip to have coded is 250+vat as im gonna scrap the car i dont want to spend this money

No VCDS won't do this. VagTacho will IIRC though.

Cant hot wire it? If your going to scrap it anyways? You could get get wheel dollies. Unless your moving it on a hill or longer distance than a driveway

Just hitch it to your 7 liter diesel 4x4 and drag it out of there.
