My Touareg - stage 3

I'm from Belarus! Built Touareg Stage 3.Three years ago.
On factory he had 224 hp. 3.0 Tdi BKS.

A gtb2369vk turbine was installed.

Intercooler APEXI.
Fuel pump CP3.
Water/methanol injection.
It turned out to remove 399hp and 800 nm.

0-100: Best 5.3s (stably 5.5s)

402m: Best 13.43s (stably 13.6s)

You are gonna BLOW your engine!!! It was NOT designed for that kind of stress!!!

For the water methanol system, a custom tank was made.

I used two kinds of superchargers gtb2265vk and gtb2369vk.You can see the difference on the charts from the stands. 23 wheel, allowed more fuel to be used at a lower EGT.

Here you can see on the chart the power of gtb2265vk. With water methanol and Without water methanol. This is the maximum that was possible with this wheel. A graph with 23 wheel above in the subject.

Since the beginning of 2020, I have started updating the configuration of receiving power and its implementation. First of all I replaced the brakes, fitted a 1LU 1LT R50 368mm and 358mm rear axle. Thus, increasing the unsupported masses in the amount of 8-9kg.


Braking has improved significantly, which gave me confidence.

Once I was pretty confident about the brakes, you can confidently add power. A gtb2567vk turbocharger was purchased, with a GEN2 compressor wheel. As seen with gtb2369vk, the new turbine gives a pleasant boost earlier, and most importantly a lower EMP.
Without the use of methanol, this turbine made it possible to achieve more power in all ranges.

Unfortunately, I had to get rid of the methanol / water in my car. We got methyl-free power and dynamics on the 2567, like the 2369 with methyl. This is a very interesting observation. I really like.

i have a touareg BUN\BKS engine. i want to get a little over 300hp.
did you achieve this amount of power with stock injectors or did you upgrade to newer from CASA engine for example.
i have read about it on Bobby Singh projects, UK tuner.
CP3 PUMP from BKS engine is better than on CASA engine but CASA engine has better injectors. the injectors are interchangeable.
on BKS engine we have KKK turbo with electric actuator, was it hard to adapt gtb2369vk with vaccum actuator?
any ideea on what should i use for >300 hp? will hybrid BV50 will be enough?
i am planning to DPF OFF, Swirl flaps off, egr off, 4 BAR map sensor.
