before you put on an align rack for 1, being the cost, are you sure all parts checked out a-ok? nows the time to be sure. another thing, im just supposing here, cheap parts, even with a good alignment may cause problems(like this), checking cap bearings may not tell you problems, i dont think theres a real visual. they may be the culprit. then again it may be the alignment, i had an ok shop do an align, wasnt cheap, and as a shop i rate about ok as far as what they do on the rack, didnt drive as straight as some of the specialists i know, yet they are not-as-cheapier, that an under statement, they do cost a good sum(some). new tires(all 4 is prefered) can be a good idea, another thing you can do is have 4new good rubbers on/if you have another set of rims, get aligned in new set, and switch back to used set. at least when on the rack it can be aligned 'closer'.
