I just finished the intercooler piping ,I must do some fine adjustments ,and the only thing that remains is maf to turbo piping and tuning .
Wheels are stock,until I was thinking to upgrate it was to late ,and had to wayt for turbo to be done for abaut a mounth ..
If the looked over rezults are not meet ,I will upgrate the compressor ..

if your lucky it has the 50/70 wheel which should settle in for 450 ponies. I had one from john deere 6 cyl with this wheel, billet with ETT.

Wheel is 73 /50. Comp hausing has 100mm conection ,and antisurge.
Ruben,do you have a compresor map.for.that?.
Would help a little.

That compressor sounds like its just perfect for 400-450hp. I had GTX profile wheel with roughly 49mm/68mm on my S200.

Looks like C6 so must have BV50 as stock? Actuator mounted looks like a hella?

Acctuator works great on the turbo from the first try .
Yes as I sad compresor is 73/50.
I just drove the car,maf still unpluged,on normal driving you dont know this turbo is there.. I forgot immo 4 is easy doable with the right tools..
On a6 you have to deal with component protection,its a doable thing..
I swapped a 3.0 into a b6 a4,and i changed cluster abs ecu and airbag module...
Parts camed from.diff cars ,and immo was paired ..

That lift pump u can better let off. Last time I used one of these it lasted 2 weeks. Cp3 has gear pump and is just fine with intank pump.

If u find case pressure dropping use decent oem pump. Not this walbro/fse junk

Yes, i asked about that, if it doesnt give issues putting too much pressure in the CP3 on inlet , i discovered on the 2.0 with CP3 , electrical fuel pump must be removed 100% or it doesnt go well.

Started tuning this ,I have good response abore 2.500 rpm and 0 EMP from this turbo under 3krpm
For the moment 1,9 bar boost ,EMP to 1..1 and some Bar at full boost
Ranned into rail adjuster limits now ,and need help with that

Does anyoane want to share what should be modded in file to get pass 1600bar rail?
Is it rail adjuster related something like duty cycle? Or is it something else?

In what vnt positon sit youre elktronice actuator sits in start positon engine off ?

So elec actuator arm in resting pos, then the vnt arm at ? full closed are open vnt?

Hi Lucian, nice work. I have 4 rail pressure maps on my BPP 2,7 TDI and 1 single value rail limiter. Should be same for you. Running and logging 1720bar max on mine no problem. Did you get a good damos for your car? Better to ask/check in ECU connections forum. Eastern Europeans have blown most of the tuning secrets open there and share info freely. Different mentality. There is a good damos for my car BPP floating around. Fortunately I can read the German so I follow alot that way. How is your transmission? Did you upgrade it?
