Black (?) Beetle tonight, I-35W in Minneapolis near 26th St. Minnesota plates, KP 985, IIRC. What tipped me off? a "got diesel?" bumper sticker above the plate

Did it have the "TDI" letters on the back? I sold my brother's TDI Beetle (black) last year who lives up that way and my brother had bought the "TDI" letters especially to put on the back of it...
