What chip/flash are people using on this forum.

I was just wondering what chip/ flash program people are using on there pd engines. I have seen some posts for some that I have not heard of. Just want to get a good idea as what to use before I spend the money. Also what has the reliability been once the vehicle is upgraded. I have heard of turbos going bad quickly because of te added boost press.

Rocketchip and Aligator are the only two you need to worry about choosing from. They are the two most widely used, recommended and supported FAIK. My car isn't chipped so others will have to weigh-in with actual feedback on their tunes to answer your other questions.

There are other options as well. Less popular but good. Unitronic, Technine. I would recommend against Upsolute but that is obsolete anyways.
