A picture would help. The blue wire has always been the alternator warning light circuit. The other wire is the "W" terminal and on some models connects to the ECU. It can also be used as a Tach signal in some applications. The B+ wiring is heavy gauge red wire and should not be confusing between Alternators.

I'll get a couple tonight, The wires were covered so i might have to do some camera trickery! lol

Here is the old plug, one blue wire and one red/black



New plug, one blue and one blue/black



Is it as obvious as it seems? solid blues connected the same?

You`re right. Connect blue wire (D+) on old alternater with solid blue (L) on new one for control light and red/black (DF) to blue/black (DFM) on new one fo ECU. New pulley is 5mm bigger btw.

yeah i saw the pulley was bigger! it should have enough slack in the belt!
