window washer pump lines

I replaced my window washer pump and after reconnecting the lines that come from the pump, some leak like a siv. Are those clips that lock the lines one time use? I'm leaking at one line at the pump itself and one at the first connection after the pump. The connections are secure. The little o-rings are in place, but they spray water like they aren't there.
Any thoughts?

Any chance you've got a blockage downstream (back pressure is resulting in fluid coming through at those points- secondary issue)?

I don't think so. It wasn't an issue before the washer pump died.

I've had my bottle out a few times over the years.
Did not have leaks.
